Payment Options
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 surcharge.

Gratuities
Gratuities is not included in the price of the service or gift certificate however, it is appreciated.  Gratuities cannot be added to debit or credit card purchases.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are valid for two years from date of purchase.  Gift certificates are valued for services rendered and are not exchangeable for cash or gratuities.  They are non-refundable and may be picked up or mailed directly to you.
Coupons cannot be used to buy gift certificates.

Cancellation Policy
We are aware that, at times, you need to change your appointment.  In order to provide exceptional service to all of our guests we respectfully ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.  Unfortunately, online cancellations are not possible.  A fee will be charge for anyone missing two or more appointments within a 24-hour period.

Day of Appointment
Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service.  Please help us by arriving on time to receive the full benefit of your service and experience.  Special appointments can be arranged for special needs.  We suggest that you make your next appointment before you leave the salon or you may book your next appointment online.  We will gladly call the day before as a reminder for your service appointment.

Personal Belongings
Please note that we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or clothing.

Child Safety Policy
We love children, however unless they have a service appointment please make other arrangements so that you and those around you may enjoy the salon experience.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children and cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Running Late
We pride ourselves on servicing all of our clients in a timely and professional manner.  Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you.  In the event that you are running late for an appointment, we will do everything possible to satisfy you with our other patrons in mind.

Late Arrivals
Spa guests arriving late are subject to receive shortened services at full price.

Cell Phones
We ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone in the spa.

Whether it is remedied by your technician or you may feel more comfortable with a different technician, we want you to feel safe to be honest and communicate with us.  We will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction, often at our expense.
